I have a friend who was. She hasn't heard anything yet in regards to her position on the list and is curious if others have been offered admittance yet from the list.

Yes that’s true. You also don’t have to pay the enrollment deposit if you are a 2nd degree seeker.

Any 2nd degree seekers know if we have to attend a SOAR workshop and pay the $150 deposit? I received my acceptance letters from both the University and SON and there isn't any info on either. I do even see info on accepting the University's offer... maybe because I already accepted the SON I don't have to? Update: I figured it out:-) FYI 2nd degree seekers do not have to pay the $150 enrollment fee or attend SOAR.

@basenji95. I was not invited to the communication exercise either which concerned me. I contacted the SON and they told me that not all applicants were invited to the exercise but that it didn't mean that you weren't accepted. I am thinking that maybe the 2nd degree seekers weren't invited to the exercise. My acceptance letter has a place where you mark whether or not you took the exercise b/c they are tentatively scheduling them for orientation day. Last year I think the point cut off for the program was 9.33 but every year is different. I had 9.496 points.

I’ve heard that second degreee seekers are notified last but not from a definite source. Do you mind me asking how many points you have? I hate this waiting game!!!
