I emailed my instructor asking that very question. He is a cardiac ICU nurse at Davis. I don't graduate till August either and am hoping for October. I'll let you know what he says.

My status is still under "routed for further consideration." I did specify ICU and I used words in my cover letter that are discussed on their home page and what UC Davis stands for and what they have accomplished. I have not been contacted for an interview though. But so far, we know that one person has scheduled an interview and that is for pediatrics. I don't think anyone should lose hope just yet. ❤️

I don't think that matters because I know someone in the cohort behind me who was a December grad got hired on in this residency program for the Spring cohort with limited clinical hours. I think its just slow moving and the process is partial to the unit. Hope you get some news soon ❤️

I am currently finishing my last semester of my BSN and I am routed for further consideration. Don't panic.. seems as though the different departments will go off of their own timing.

You are welcome ? I hope we receive some emails soon. I don't really know how this process has gone in the past and my status update is remaining unchanged. If anyone hears anything, please let us know. Is there anyone still in a program? I am graduating in the beginning of August and hopping to be licensed by October which may be pushing it. However, still wanted to give this application round a go because maybe timing will be on my side and hopefully roll me into my first job!

Awesome! I am interested in ICU, pretty much any med surg floor, and the OR program (had great clinical experiences there). Little across the board there. But, overall interest in adult health. From Sacramento. Best of luck to you ?

Don't be nervous! Its gonna be great! I suggest not buying books too guys, the upperclassmen have them and will save you a ton of money.
