    Hello. I am graduating in May with my ADN. I have applied to over 20 graduate nurse positions with no luck so far. I am considering just taking my NCLEX and beginning my BSN and then retrying to apply for jobs once I have completed it. Will this help in my search? I really needed something for July but I don’t feel very hopeful for an interview at this point. I have also thought about applying to DaVita to just get some kind of experience under my belt. Has anyone had any experience as a dialysis nurse? Thanks

    Applied to around 19 of the residencies and so far I’ve been “not selected for further consideration” on 17 of the positions and not even been given a chance at an interview. Has it been the same for everyone? I’m unsure what to do at this point.
