  1. I received my ATT about two weeks after graduation. I luckily did not have a problem with that.
  2. Thank you- I’m already employed, and working on the battery being expunged, the other cases in IL are not expungeable. Which I’ll take I suppose, I’m not the only one in the world that has had a DUI, I’ve learned from my mistakes & I’m sure everyone else in a similar situation has too! ❤️
  3. Helllllo, Just wanted to share my story quickly since I read what seemed like, these entire posts while I waited for my licenses. I’m a new grad of December 2018, took NCLEX January 17 & passed. When I applied for licensure in December on the personal history (criminal background) section I answered “no” and as I waited and waited and waited for my licenses I noticed my criminal background showed “failed/rejected” on the IDFPR website and when I called I would not get answers. Around February 13th I received a letter prohibiting me from practicing until I sent in information about a curfew ticket when I was 14!!!!! Let me explain more, my background is not the cleanest. I completely forgot about that minor arrest because during my life, I encountered more complications. I have a DUI from the age of 16 & a dismissed battery charge at the age of 19. These two chargers I did not disclose because the DUI was under supervion and i received a letter after completion that a conviction was not entered. The battery, was dismissed so I didn’t disclose that one either. IL asked “any convictions or guilty of” when applying for the license so I selected “no”. When I received the letter from BON asking information for the curfew... I included everything else too. At this time I was already 4 weeks post NCLEX and did not want to wait any longer for questions on the rest of my record. I got certified court documents and wrote a 3 page summary of the events. The purpose of this blog, is to have faith. We made it alllll he way to the end, I read every blog on this site seeking reassurance and I found none!! Today I got my license with no restrictions or fines or meetings with the board or whatever other scary stuff they say. I was scared, I thought I would not be granted a license for failure to disclose my past, but I got it!!
