    Hi, guys! I just went to a job interview and everything went pretty well as far as I can see. The nurse manager supposed to interview me was not there so the educator and another nurse manager interviewed me. At the end, the educator said their HR would call my hospital for references and I would probably hear back in a week and half. She asked if my manager knew if I was looking for a new job, and she also said she doesn't decide whether they hire me or not. I am not sure how the hiring process work, but this is the first time I heard from a interviewer that he/she doesn't get to make the decision. Is it a bad sign? This is my dream job. Please help if you know anything! Thank you!
