I hope this helps someone because I felt so lost when I applied, but I interviewed last Feb & accepted my ICU offer! I had previous extern experience & my Capstone was in the ICU. I think if you have some kind of experience like a job/ externship/ capstone in the area you’re applying to you’ll be fine! Also, for the cover letter I would focus on what sets you apart from others & don’t be scared to show your personality! Hope you all who are applying come join Georgetown because it’s a great place to start as a new grad!!

I got a call today with an offer from the SICU! The unit manager called me & then I called recruitment to check my contact information so they can send my offer letter! Hoping y’all hear back soon!!
