  1. I’m originally from the area, but came back after college. HR helped me find roommates who were also starting out at the hospital and it was super easy!
  2. @dd2016 Hey!! I work on the SICU and it’s AMAZING. It’s a great supportive group of people and a solid place to start out. My interview was super laid back with no situation questions. Good luck!
  3. I hope this helps someone because I felt so lost when I applied, but I interviewed last Feb & accepted my ICU offer! I had previous extern experience & my Capstone was in the ICU. I think if you have some kind of experience like a job/ externship/ capstone in the area you’re applying to you’ll be fine! Also, for the cover letter I would focus on what sets you apart from others & don’t be scared to show your personality! Hope you all who are applying come join Georgetown because it’s a great place to start as a new grad!!
  4. everyone message me your # & I’ll make one!! @SoontobeRN819 @NewGradRN2019 @tcu7871 & anyone else!
  5. congrats @tcu7871 !! would y’all want to make a group message? also does anyone know if they’ll make a big Facebook group with all of us to find roommates?
  6. I got a call today with an offer from the SICU! The unit manager called me & then I called recruitment to check my contact information so they can send my offer letter! Hoping y’all hear back soon!!
  7. congrats @NewGradRN2019 !!! I applied to SICU @favefutureRN
  8. @NewGradRN2019 yeah, I emailed & she said in the next week or so, but it seems so late since we interviewed almost a month ago
  9. I was told they will call us whether it is a yes or a no.
  10. @mibnurse been anxiously waiting by my phone with no luck ?
