Nipissing SPP 2019 Application
iirc last year their academic cutoffs were taken from your top 10 of the last 20 courses (basically last two years). What's most important is how you showcase your unique experiences through your application and interview! Don't worry too much about not having spent too much time in healthcare settings.

The offer expires April 23rd, so I would expect the majority of waitlist movement to happen around then? My friend got an offer as late as June last year though.

One of my friends got an offer in June last year. He had already accepted another offer by then but that goes to show that the waitlist can continue pretty late.

I took my answer down a completely different path lol, now I'm kinda nervous. Since the prompt asked about how NI would unfold within the 'program', I didn't present a patient-centric answer but rather focused on how NI could be used as a learning tool for students.

I think I had the UHN rep as well. I got some positive feedback on a couple answers and saw a few nods and stuff, but I agree with everyone else and felt that she was very clinical about the whole thing.

Just had my documents received today! My rankings were the same as Nora110; I've never worked with children in a clinical setting before so I'd love to get placed at Sick Kids! I'm still a bit confused about how they calculate your admissions average, is it based off your twenty best semester-long courses?
