    I am a former student from Otero Junior College and I totally agree with all that you have said. It is a bad school and I hope the distance is not the only barrier to discourage students to apply there. I have no question that they pick and choose whoever they want to allow it to pass. I also remember that their exams were ridiculous hard. I bet not even their director can pass such exams. It is purposely designed to fail students. Also, they seem to pick on minority groups to fail them. If you are Hispanic, black, or even an immigrant think hard before you apply there.
