I'm also interviewing on the CTICU in a couple weeks! How was the shadowing/interview experience?

Mine still says "under consideration" as well. Hoping to hear back sooner rather than later but I'm not sure what to expect next! I'm out of state too. Looking to move into the triangle area after graduation in May.

I have heard the shadowing portion is equally about you getting to know the unit/nurses as it is about them getting to know you! Other than questions about the Duke Health Core Values, I'm unsure what to expect with the actual interview.

I applied in late January, and received an email last week about a phone interview. From there we set up an interview for early March. Good luck!

I'm from D.C. but am looking to relocate further south. How about you? From past years it seems like most people are from NC, so I'm a little in the dark with the reputation of the hospitals down there.
