  1. I have several friends that received offers after being waitlisted.
  2. I know that Vanderbilt does not offer relocation assistance. I graduated in May and began working at Vanderbilt in July. During nursing school, I worked at several other hospitals, did clinicals at other hospitals, and did a nurse extern program at another hospital...and I’ve never been impressed or happy until I started at Vanderbilt. Yes, the pay is less. But the experience is WORTH IT. You will work with the best of the best, see the worst of the worst. I drive an hour every day to work, and I wouldn’t change a thing.
  3. Good luck!!! Let us know how it goes!
  4. I only had two choices on my application? I applied for Neuro ICU and "Adult critical care"... strange!
  5. My friend got an interview for cvicu
  6. CVICU applicant got called for interview. Decline email also went out.
  7. My friend got a call from adult acute medicine today! Fingers crossed!
  8. One girl I know who was hired and graduated in December 2017 (started in February 2018) found out within a week. Most people hear back within 2 weeks from what I know.
  9. Hi everyone! I haven’t seen a thread for Vanderbilt applicants for the Summer/Fall 2019 cohort, so I thought I would get us started! What track are you applying to and why? Have you submitted your application and letter of intent?
