Hi Audrey! For our application cycle we didn't take the TEAS test. We took the PAX Exam. The school transitioned after our application cycle to the TEAS test. As for the GPA, don't worry so much about comparing with what others have! An important thing is to be really focused more on telling your story in your personal statement paper & also in your interview. Good luck! ? If you have anymore questions I'd be happy to help! I'm accepted into the program!! ☺️ I wasn't expecting this AT ALL to know today. I thought it was Friday LOL.

@NurseYoruba I wasn't offered admission on the spot. They said everyone will find out Friday ? It was myself, a professor and Ashley S. in the second interview. I posted on the forum what the second experience was like hope it was helpful!

My second interview went good!! ? It was 30-ish minutes. We talked more in detail on some academic courses I completed and some certifications/accomplishments made during my undergrad at CBU. The professor I was interviewing with (including Ashley) gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had and also gave advice on how to be successful in the program (if I was to be accepted).

I received a call within 30 minutes after the interview was over from CBU Nursing. I was driving so I missed the call and eventually listened to the voicemail. It was a message from Sarah and she said that the nursing committee has asked for me to come back for a second interview because they are interested in learning more about me! I go back this Monday! I wasn't expecting this and am curious to know if theres others from the interview that are having to come back for a second interview? I've been feeling mixed emotions about this but hopeful that everything will be ok.

Congrats on receiving an interview! ? My name is Alexis! I'm a CBU Alumni and will also be at the interview this Friday! From what I know, I believe 50 applicants will be at the interview. Because 40 applicants will only be accepted, the remaining 10 applicants will either be denied admission or placed on an "alternate list" incase an applicant that was selected from the 40 chooses not to continue forward with their admission to the program. Hope that helps!
