    Hello! I'm considering a new school RN position and I'm not sure if I'm being low balled or not. Reported pay rate on indeed is around $45 an hour for the same job/location/etc and I'm being offered $37 (which I understand is not terrible, as it's the average RN pay nationwide). I just need some feedback... I guess. Thanks!
