Wednesday I am going to LSU to get uniforms, ID, Library Card, etc. Does anyone know what the shoe requirements are as far as color. They did not specify.

What about BLS certificate? Does anyone want to complete this together? I have no clue where to get mine. I have Red Cross CPR, but we need AHA. Also, do ya'll want to start like a group chat or Facebook page?

I was just accepted into the program TODAY!!! YAY! I was on cloud 9 for an hour or two then realized all of the things we have to have completed... I feel so behind compared to ya'll!!! I have started making a list of things I need to get done. WAITLISTERS STAY HOPEFUL! It is possible!

Did anyone here apply to LSU CARE program? Trying to decided between UTMB and LSU.

Did anyone here apply for the LSUHSC Accelerated Program (CARE)? I am trying to decided if I want to accept LSU or Delgado. It seems like it is easier for people with children to go to RN school then BSN online.

Also, did anyone apply anywhere else? I am trying to figure out what other schools people apply to. Southeastern? Nicholls? Holy Cross?

I was placed on the alternate list. Immediately, I went to talk to Dr. Pierce about what I can do to improve my application for next year. During our conversation, she said I am really high up on the alternate list. Has anyone heard about people denying their acceptance?

Oh wow! I have heard this happens every year so my fingers are crossed I get in. Do you know if anyone denied the spot during the initial acceptance?

I am on the alternate list for the CARE 2019 program. I am trying to stay hopeful. Anyone that got in previously can you tell me how many people are generally called from the alternate list. Apparently, I am really high on the list so my fingers are crossed.

I am on the waitlist for CARE 2019. Does anyone know how many people from the waitlist normally get a call? Did anyone hear get in that was on the waitlist? I am still hopeful that I will be called!

I feel like everyone gets different information. When I was at one of the information sessions, they were talking about expanding the program and excepting more people than they have in the past. I guess we will see.

I reviewed last years blog on this website they found out the day after the committee meeting. So, we could potentially find out as early as tomorrow. I can not stop checking my emails either.
