  1. So far they have been happy to accept an RN for an LPN Position, meaning the pay is LPN pay. But one, did want to take me I was honest and told them once my narcotic key is lifted I'll probably look for another job (with RN pay), and the other, I wouldn't pass a background check
  2. I've been in IPN since July 2017, I wasn't allowed to work at first but I have been since July and I'm having a hard time finding a job with a narcotic key restriction and needing an RN or higher to supervise me. The clinic that don't give narcotics, don't have RNs as my supervisors. I tried all the jails and dialysis places. I'm running out of ideas for Rn. I was considering taking an LPN or MA job just to get my foot in the door. Any ideas?
