@HB2018 I'm on the alternate with 28 points, but I'm going to University of San Francisco for Nursing!

Does anyone know when they will inform us about fall 2019? And do you guys think people with 28 points will be accepted?

do you know if people with 28 points have a good chance?

I didn't get in with 28 points.. I hope fall works out. I'm so sad

They will notify us about spring 2019 first. Then sometime in april I believe they notify on fall! I wish it was the same time omg..

Also i forgot to mention. Last year the cohort also may have had a lot of 30s , and when there is a tie among people they choose based on the higher pre req gpa and if there's still a tie then they decide on who turned in the application first.

they go down the rank order list and accept everyone with the highest number of points, so if you have 30 you should get in, because she said 25 applicants had 30 points, and they accept around 30 from the rank order list. The people on last years forum may have thought they had the full 30. You can always go into the health division center and give them your application number and check the amount of points they gave you. For Fall semester people with 29 and 28s have a really high chance getting in, because the 30s were accepted for spring semester and there's not a new wave of people applying for fall.

She said they accept 40-50 students per cohort, but some are from the chronological wait list. People need at least 28 points to be competitive for either fall or spring!

Denise said that emails will be sent out the last week of november. If you are not notified by december 1st come in and talk to her. 25 of the applicants had 30 points

Also I got an 84 on the TEAS. I thought the trickiest part was the reading personally, but if you did well in anatomy and physio the science is very easy and random. The Math is a piece of cake it's just basic algebra and the english section is just grammar !

HI guys! I applied as well, and I am actually about to attend an info session! I calculated and I should have 27 -28 points depending on if they count a course I took at CSULB that is like life skills for undeclared students. I'll be sure to ask them when they will be notifying people. I am hoping for Fall admission , because I heard it's less competitive at Cypress. Good luck to everyone :).
