Hi, just wanted to update everyone that I accepted a position in one of the ICUs! I hope you guys hear back soon! I was an internal applicant so maybe that's why I interviewed so soon. The interview was over the phone for me and it was with two managers. It only lasted about 30 minutes! They asked behavioral questions, looking for examples of handling conflict, teamwork examples, and your future goals. Then they told me about the program and gave me time to ask questions for the last 10 minutes. Good luck everybody!
