    One thing I would check is the policy; for example - will you loose PTO with less than a year? Do they require 2 or 4 weeks? If you have a union, there may be guidance there. My union was 4 week notice and then my hospital was 2 weeks staff/4 weeks management. And we didn't get PTO cash out unless we were there a year.
