In adult patients, age 55 or older who have developed a deep vein thrombosis, does administration of oral anticoagulation medication compared to the administration of subcutaneous anticoagulation injection affect the development of another DVT in the future.

I need help writing my PICO question. I turned this question in but my teacher said it was a good start, however I need to clarify the nursing intervention and outcome. What is the most effective blood thinner, oral medication orsubcutaneous injections, for adult patient's that develop a deep veinthrombosis?
