  1. I found out that I got a CTICU position! :) Anyone else get any updates?
  2. Theres a thread now for spring applicants! https://allnurses.com/nursing-job-hunt/lluch-residency-program-1180250.html
  3. It went really well! For this specific unit, she told me they were doing interviews this week and making decisions next week. Like @babyrn94 said, I had the same experience. Interviewed with the manager and another member of the leadership team and they asked me probably 10-ish questions from a packet. They were pretty typical but not super easy, so have lots of stories in mind! I was glad I did. I also always recommend having questions you want to ask as well, because they provided a space for that! Hope that helps!
  4. yes! that is what this thread is for right? lol unless i have misinterpreted the acronym

  6. hello fellow new grads! i'm glad to find this thread- i've applied for the Cardiothoracic ICU & had my interview today! good luck everyone!
  7. I thought of that, but I don't want to have to wait several months to take my NCLEX. Im thinking if I apply in IN first, I will be able to test within a few weeks and then my husband and I are going traveling for a few months while waiting for my license without having to worry. Which is why Im trying to having everything together so I won't have any issues to deal with while i'm out of the country.
  8. I am applying for my CA RN License by endorsement from Indiana. I graduate in December, am applying for Indiana license by exam and testing here, and then applying for endorsement as soon as I have an Indiana license. I know LiveScan is faster, does anyone know if I can complete Livescan before submitting my application? I would have time to fly out and do that in CA before graduation, but I didn't know if they expired or if the board of nursing would not accept them if they have been done a month or two prior to applying. Ive of course tried to contact the BON with no luck, so any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
