Hi! Can anyone who already interviewed provide some insight on how the interview was? Was it more EI or clinical based? About how long? Thank you in advance!

Thank you and I'm sure you did great! Did they say when we would start hearing back? The last emailed update said by July 15, but was wondering if they said anything else - the waiting is killing me!

During my interview they mentioned strong candidates would be hearing back as early as one week after their interviews, but I wonder if they have changed the way they're finalizing decisions? Doesn't seem like anyone has gotten acceptances recently

Hi @Ckp123, I am also planning on attending downstate next year (already accepted). I was wondering if you guys have a lot of options for hospital placements for clinicals/where do you do your clinicals other than downstate hospital?

I got accepted just today not too long ago. Hope everyone hears back soon!

they notify you through email, saying that an admissions decision was updated and you log into where you submitted your application to see the decision. I got accepted 1 week after my interview

I also received my acceptance letter two days ago! Does anyone know what the parking is like around there? Is it hard to find parking during class/clinical times?
