  1. Never mind, I got an email they closed the waitlist on 8/2/19. best of luck to all!
  2. One last fruitful attempt: Has anyone been admitted off the waitlist, or anything really? Or did anyone turn anything down, and somehow a spot opened up?
  3. Anyone heard anything from their waitlists, yet?
  4. Has anyone been admitted off the waitlist, yet?
  5. Congratulations! Looks like they're opening up the waitlist. Please let us know if they supply a call or a physical mail as well! ?
  6. I'm currently on the cusp of deciding! I'm giving myself until Wednesday, but yeah... it was a program I liked but also I just wish I knew a bit earlier! Much congratulations!
  7. @ali1541: I got my decision for NNP and I got waitlisted. Kinda stung, but I’ll live! but for everyone else: check your email! You might find out there your results!! I got mine for Neonatal NP!
  8. I'm not! I'm actually from MA but I am currently living just outside NYC... so trying to figure what to do with my living situation has been a rollercoaster!
  9. I ended up not applying to DePaul! I was about to but I realized how unfeasible it would be to relocate to Chicago ?
  10. Likewise! Still trying holding onto some hope!
  11. Still haven't heard anything from NNP I am convinced that my application has been ghosted!
  12. Congratulations! I am so happy for you! I haven't heard back, but I am having high hopes!!
  13. Here's to hoping we hear something this week! I am a bit more surprised that NEU it taking this long to hear back from...
  14. Hi! I just read that in their website that you need to find placement “as part of real life experiences of finding a job”! It’s more like, hello we are soon to be nurses so like can you help us find the job and preceptor?!
  15. Hey! I've been waiting for Northeastern forever, and honestly I'm ready to commit to MGH. What convinces me more is that 1. I have a placement. At NEU, they tell you that you need to find your own placement/ preceptor, which is too much pressure for a newly made RN...
  16. Hey! I actually haven’t had an interview invitation at all. Although, seeing on this thread, there are are FNP and AG-NP applicants (both AC/PC) that got admitted with (and without!) interviews, so hopefully it’s the same for NNP as well?! Definitely will keep you posted if I hear anything about NNP. Super hopeful we hear back this week!
  17. For anyone with NNP, any updates at all whatsoever on your ends? I'm hoping we hear something this week!
  18. Congratulations! Did you end up having the interview?
  19. Much congratulations to everyone who was accepted! Does anyone know when waitlisted students hear back? ?
  20. Ali, Since you heard from NNP, what was the interview like, if you already had it?
  21. Congratulations on MGH! I'm in the same boat, I am weighing between MGH and Northeastern, if they give us an answer soon!
  22. Has anyone who applied to a non-interviewing track heard back? I feel like that would be NNP, PNP, WHNP, Psych, and basically anything not FNP/ AC-PC AGNP. I applied for NNP, didn't get an interview, so I'm wondering if we're in a pool that doesn't require interviews- but what about out results?!
  23. I'm actually going through the same dilemma! I don't want to waste my current Bachelor degree, but the MSN component is much more pricier. I think for me, the selling point of a Direct-Entry MSN is that I am an RN, MSN, and a CNL (or NP if the program allows it). At least I'm not backtracking on my B.S., but I'm also working towards high education, which has always been my goal. If you do become an MSN-CNL, then you would need to do post-masters training to get an NP; but some schools offer a direct entry MSN-NP component, so it truly depends on the program itself.
  24. I’m so glad you said that! Because I was starting to wonder when we should hear from them again. Do you know how they’ll inform us?
  25. Hi everyone! congratulations to all who got accepted. Quick questions 1. For those who applied to the Boston ABSN program, was it on NursingCAS or the MCPHS Portal? 2. What made you choose Boston over Worcester/ Manchester?
