  1. I know! Obviously this guy never returned, but maybe someone else will read the thread. Reporting someone to the BON is the nuclear option if you want to torpedo their career, not if you want to help! And he had no evidence other than an email that it sounds like he snooped in! A twitch? People twitch even when they're not on any medication at all. Trouble sleeping? There are many sleep disorders that have nothing to do with substance use. He did not in any way want to help her, IMO.
  2. Yeah, I absolutely agree that you are owed at least an apology. heck, where I work there are unions that would guarantee that you got reinstated with full back pay!
  3. WOW. That was a compelling read. I also couldn't help but feel very annoyed at the couple of posters who were saying there was something fishy about your story (and at the 50 people who chimed in that the testing site puts blue dye in the toilet to keep people from diluting their specimen, even after the question had been answered several times, but that's just me getting annoyed when people don't freaking read). I'm glad it worked out for you in the end, but...you don't get that year of your life back. Did you end up returning to the place that had terminated you?
  4. I know the person who created this poll is probably long gone, but the choices for answers are really not mutually exclusive. You can have security available AND not feel quite safe AND feel that PG is more important than safety. Weird, kind of passive-aggressive phrasing for the choices.
