    @MVU92 sure! I had a 3.74 GPA (cumulative combined from ADN and BSN degrees) and had my CCRN but only a little over 1 year in SICU. I made average on the GRE. I was Co-Chair of our unit's shared governance committee and was involved and I think that can make a difference. The big thing is getting the interview and showing them that it is absolutely what you want when you get to that point! Even if you think you may not be too competitive, if you've met their minimum requirements, give it a shot and apply! Hope this helps!
