    I did a background check on myself online and it did show. Since schools and State Board of Registered Nurses do an FBI background check, it will still show even if it was expunged. I just don't want to invest two years of time and money if can't get a RN license by the State.

    I am interested in pursuing RN career. I don't know how to sugar coat what I am about to say because it is embarrassing, so here it goes. I have a misdemeanor conviction for soliciting the services of a prostitute. It happened 13 years ago. Will this have an affect on me when I apply to RN school? Also, after the miracle of me being accepted to RN school, how about applying for RN license?
