Hey guys!! I recently graduated with my BSN and have been working on a cardiac telemetry floor for about a year. I am interested in the management/administration side of healthcare, so with a year of experience under my belt I have started looking into graduate programs to earn my MSN with an emphasis in healthcare administration. I have found an accredited program with the right price point that is offered completely online - on paper it seems like the perfect fit. However, they do not require any sort of clinical hours. This seems weird to me and I wanted to know if it was common with this type of degree through an online program or if it is a red flag? When I asked the admission representative on the phone, he told me that they instead require a "capstone" which is essentially just an independently conducted senior project. Any help would be welcome!!!
