That is actually very refreshing to hear that where you work there seems to be a mutual respect and you look at them as individuals. for my paper I need to identify some barriers between RN and Lpn Which is actually deeming harder than I had expected!! I'm an PN student writing a communications paper ..These questions are for RN's! What is your perception of the PN role?? can you think of any barriers that affect your communication with PN's? What are specific strategies you use to encourage better communication between you and practical nurses? If anyone can think of anything it would be greatly appreciated!
