    Hi everyone! I interviewed today for a 3-11 position on an inpatient paych floor at a local community hospital. They told me that they want me to come back next week for a peer to peer interview so thay staff that I would be working with can feel me out? I have never had to do a peer to peer interview and do not have experience with inpatient psych. Would you recommend researching the meds commonly used and deescalation techniques? What kind of questions might they ask me? I just want to be as prepared ad I can. Thanks!
