I'm starting this Summer

Can someone tell me if its weekly test in the transition class?

They will email you the official results and you won't hear from the school for a couple of weeks. Our deadline was 3/12 we didn't get acceptance emails until 4/2.

@jhil84 yes you won't hear nothing until after the deadline for the HESI exam. Our deadline was 2/12.

@MoM23LVN What all skills you have to do for the whole program?

@MoM23LVN Do you use other resources besides the PowerPoints? Like simple nursing or level up RN? They have some good straight to the point content. But everyone learn different so it may or may not help you. Do you have a white board? You just have to teach yourself like and read it out loud like you teaching a class.

Sorry to hear that. What you feel makes it hard? What class you failing?

What area of Texas you in? I might have to travel there because I'm not trying to sit out of nothing??

Anyone here live in Texas and already started the program? If so where did you do your clinicals at? I heard it's hard to find preceptors even with the approved sites they give you.

If you didn't score over 900 you don't get to skip a semester. If you score over 900 you skip a semester which is med surge. Everyone has to take the transition class.

What are all the check off skills? What is hard finding preceptors? Can you send us the syllabus or calendar so we can get an idea what we getting our selves in LOL
