Does anyone's portal NOT say "under consideration"?

Definitely different days! They can't coordinate all the managers at all the hospitals on all the units like that..when I interviewed last year I didn't even get a call, it was through email.

In my experience applying last year, Mary Birch started doing their interviews first!

I applied to Grossmont's OR! I've been working on a Med Surg floor for 5 months near home and I'm ready to get back to SD and into a specialty :)

Thank you so much for the info! Would you say UWorld was harder than the exam? It seems like some of their questions are incredibly specific.

When you say all over the place, what do you mean? Like difficulty level or type of questions?

Has anyone taken the NCLEX yet or if not when are you guys taking it? I’m using Mark K and UWorld mostly with light Kaplan. Just scheduled mine for June 29th ?‍?

Do we reply to the email saying we accept the offer or just wait until we get the official one in June?

For those who got offers today, did your offer match your portal in terms of what shift you were assigned? Like if your portal said night on the RN resident submission, did you get assigned night?

Sounds like St Joes was active today! Hopefully Holy Cross will be next.

Yeah, it’s quite a lot of effort to put in to manually withdraw someone and then go to the trouble to input them into a specific position just to deny them that position!

I’m anxious too, but if you think about it they’re probably not in too big of a rush because the cohort doesn’t even start until September. They may just be taking their sweet time..

Random question! For those of you who had the new submission added, if you click on it for more info about the job, what shift does it say? Mine says day shift and I'm wondering if that's a placeholder or if I'll actually be given the day shift opportunity?

Do they all send emails saying they're preparing an offer or do they just send the offer?

I know in the last cohort, once they saw their portal update, the offer came within a few days. So I'm probably just going to wait.
