PassPoint VS UWorld
My school used PassPoint for the last quarter of class. I found that it didn't help me much, because when it came time for our NCLEX predictor test, I bombed badly. It starts off giving you Level 1 questions, and the difficulty ramps up the more questions you get right, which means that to get to do passing level questions, you'll have to do a bunch of easy ones first. To me, that's simply a waste of time. On the other hand, Uworld gives you questions that are at least as difficult as the passing level ones on NCLEX. Their rationales are great, and you'll nod your head and go "Oh ok!" whenever something is explained to you. I primarily used Uworld to study for the NCLEX (Kaplan didn't work for me), and passed in 86 questions. tl;dr if you want to prepare for the NCLEX, my recommendation is to use UWorld.

NCLEX Resource Review - Kaplan, Hurst, UWorld
I'd say those are great scores, and your strategy is fine as well. I'd encourage to look over questions that you have gotten correct as well if you haven't already. The most important thing is to fully understand the rationale for each question. Even if, say, you did a 75-question practice and got a less than desirable score, you're successful as long as you understood the rationale for every question. I'm assuming this is your first run through the Qbank without repeating questions, and if so, you're doing pretty well percentage wise. If you have the option, the assessments you take after going over as much questions as needed should give you a good idea of how ready you are for your NCLEX. Just a comparison, I had an overall 51% correct my first run through the Qbank. I read over the rationale of both right and wrong questions during my first run through the Qbank, redid all of my incorrect questions, making sure I understood everything like hawk. After those are done, I did my first assessment, and got borderline pass on that. Did sets of 75 questions from all questions for 5 days, and did my second assessment (very high chance of passing). Ended up passing the NCLEX first time at 80ish questions. It seems like you're doing better than I did, so as long as you understand the why and how of every question and keep on going, you're good. Uworld is the best way to prepare for the NCLEX, in my opinion.

What is an example of a non-passing level question?
I know how you feel, and I'm pretty sure the NCLEX is aimed to make us feel stressed because it's what's waiting for us in the field! I didn't cry, but I celebrated like the ex-athlete I am: a lot of "**** yeah!", "Let's go!", and my patented incomprehensible yell of happiness. I ended up scaring my dogs so I had to baby them afterwards.

What is an example of a non-passing level question?
I see. What's troubling me about my exam were the last two questions. One was " is a deficiency of what?" and I got that wrong, and the last one was "Which one of the following is correct?" with the choices each being a patient saying a sentence that was either true or false, and I got that right for sure. It wasn't anything complicated, it was about legal terms like negligence, etc. Those seemed really easy, and I didn't want it to stop after the last question I got. I had higher level questions before that and ending on those two really soured my day. Thanks for the clarifications
