Hi horseshoe, I am residing in an at will state. My employer handbook mentions grounds for termination includes conviction or pleading guilty to an illegal or unlawful act. I'm not sure how to interpret that when it comes to being disciplined by the BON.

I have been reported to the BON due to a documentation error. Hired an attorney and looks like I have a 50-50 chance of receiving a public reprimand. I was fired at my previous place of employment and have employment elsewhere. Can I get fired at my current place of employment due to a public reprimand? Anyone have experience with this?
