    SamR10 posted a topic in General Nursing
    I am an LPN. I work in a school. I misplaced notes for student visits. My job is contemplating reporting me to the FL board of nursing for negligence with patients records. I am really worried. Is it possible to lose my license for that even though no patient has ever complained? Also, I am going to school for RN. If I lose my LPN license will that prevent me from getting an RN license in the future?
