  1. Thanks for doing that! Hopefully this can help everyone out
  2. Has anybody created a Facebook group? I feel that it would be easier to communicate with others in our cohort if we had a group and place to talk.
  3. Accepted! But I've already decided to attend somewhere else. I hope someone else gets this spot and congrats to everyone!
  4. Most schools don't announce acceptance until monday. So HOPEFULLY we'll here back by then.
  5. You should just do it. Most jobs require a BSN so eventually you need to take those classes. Also the clssses taken are useful for your current nursing classes. Do you plan on getting your BSN one day?
  6. Just got my acceptance into the traditional program! So excited!
  7. Congrats everyone!! I hope I get an email todayí ½í¸”
  8. Did everyone receive the email about the extended timeline? October 28th is so far away~
  9. I wonder if we'll be hearing back next week? I'm ready to know the decisions they made!!
  10. Bon Secour has already sent out there decisions and the first week of October seems to be the trend. Fingers crossed!
  11. Is it CPR or the BLS Certification that you need? If you work at a hospital such as Bon Secour or VCU I know they pay for employees to get there certifications. The Red Cross in Richmond offers the classes also. Hopefully we hear back within the next 2 weeks! I need to know! Did anyone else also apply to J Sarge or Bon Secour?
  12. I don't know the exact number but I remember during the information session they said that the spring has less applicants than the fall, but there where more applying this year than in the previous spring.
  13. That feels so long away. Do you guys anyone who's been through this program before? I always find myself meeting J Sarge students but I haven't met any John Tyler students.
  14. I guess I'll be getting a loan also. My job will pay for my John Tyler classes but I'll have to pay out of pocket for the ODU classes. Paying for 2 degrees at once is costly.
  15. Oh! So that gives plenty of time! I hope I get accepted. I would love to do the concurrent program and move onto a DNP program. Hopefully since were paying towards 2 schools, and most of the classes are online ODU won't charge normal rates.
