    100k West Coast of Florida. -Started at 85K (new grad) and went to 90K at 90 days (negotiated that when hired) -10 days vacation, $1000 CME -In contract the expectation was to see 16 pts/day -Started to see an average of 22 pts/day at 6 months -Stayed up to midnight charting during the week and spent an average of 12 hrs charting on the weekends -Became an angry girl -At 1.5 years in this positionI became a super angry girl. - I made graphs showing the percentages of 99213 vs 99214 I billed. Made another graph showing the different levels of visits for the Medicare patients I see. -Asked for 110k -Got laughed at. Told him the income I was bringing into the practice was worth 110k. He told me I was already overpaid. I stood my ground. -We agreed with 100k -I am still an angry girl
