  1. I have been accused of Medicaid fraud. I worked in a mental health facility as an outreach nurse for psych patients. I worked there for about 3 months seeing patients randomly, and they were not required to sign for the visit. A patient called and complained that I wasn't coming because she received a bill from the agency..which is a lie. The agency decided to start investigating calling other Patients. Many of them did not remember me as they have had many nurses in and out of their homes. I decided to quit the job. Almost 3 years later the attorney general shows up at my house questioning me about this issue. It is now basically the patients word against mine. I am very worried of loosing my license. I quickly decided to get a lawyer in my defense. Has anyone been through this? Any help would be appreciated.
