Broward College January 2019
Hi, can anyone tell me what was the lowest gpa and points that were awarded who actually got accepted into the program for the January 2019 pool. I have literally a B in all my prerequisite classes (English and both anatomy's) and I'm afraid I won't get accepted into the program.

Hey. Can anyone tell me exactly what you had to do for the application? Was there any specific thing that was required besides the prerequisites and hesi? I'm finishing my last semester of prerequisites before applying for the August 2019 term

I could be wrong but I'm under the impression that the applicants who are applying for the January 2019 term and beyond will be awarded points based on there first successful attempts in the prerequisites.

Don't be sacred! Just make sure you do your best in your prereqs and you won't have any problems getting in. Best of luck to you! :)

From what I've heard the program itself is hard but the summer terms are extremely hard because you have less time to complete the same amount of work compared to fall and spring. I personally wouldn't recommend it unless you know for SURE you can devote the time and effort it requires. That's why I'm I'm planning on attending the fall 2019 term

Yup I agree. I saw a lot of people upset about them only using your first successful attempt to calculate your prereq gpa however I think this is perfect. My grades are as follow: ENC1101: B BSC2085/L: B BSC2086L: B (I Have to retake the lecture) And honestly they're good grades and if I were to receive an A this fall semsester in the anatomy 2 lecture my prereq Gpa would be a 3.2 (8 points). I too have been stalking quite a few forums about the BC program and have noticed that a lot of people went to Keiser to get a higher grade for their prereq classes since they had a C or B and ended up with 16 points(4.0 gpa). Also, BCs program is no joke and I heard that after the first semester you'd be lucky if over 50% of your class survives. I know nursing school will be hard regardless of where one attends but BCs program is famous for putting out the best of the best and hospitals in South Florida respect BC grads so you will have jobs lined up upon graduation. I'm nervous and excited as my prereq journey is coming to an end. I just hope you all can keep us updated on the application process and the program itself once you get in. :)

Broward college nursing program 2019
Hello, I've decided to create a forum for all the applicants/future applicants who will(hopefully) be attending broward college's nursing program in 2019. I've seen one for almost every year so I figured 2019 should have one as well. You're free to discuss the excitement and stresses of the application process as well as the program itself.
