  1. nope, my Breeze status is still the same. Status is still pending.
  2. Hello nursing students, I have questions on regards of ATT. I submitted my application on June 3, 2018 via BreeZe account, and made the payment on the same day. My school has submitted all required documents on their behalf. I have also paid Pearson Vue after a couple days. After weeks, I checked my BreeZe account and found the application Status was pending and the Deficiencies column was "MISSING A VALID EMAIL. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ON FILE". I clicked on the Manage Your Application section to provided my email on file immediately. I have been checking BreeZe ever since updated daily. I also tried to call BON numerous of time each day, unfortunately, my call got hang off automatically after the voice message or press zero for the operator. After 3 weeks, I found a change on my application. The status was remaining the same "Pending", but on the Deficiencies column was COMPLETED" ONLINE EXAMINATION APPLICANT IDENTIFICATION" FORM. As of this point, my questions are -Does it means BON has received my valid email updated? -Does it means I need to complete the ONLINE EXAMINATION APPLICANT IDENTIFICATION" FORM? if Yes, where can I locate it? Please advise or give me some idea or suggestion! Thanks in advance! I am truly appreciated!
