Hey, I made the presentation and had the speaker notes open on my screen. I practiced a bunch before hand so it flowed well and I got an offer. Just come prepared. A lot of ppl in my interview were not very prepared.

I got an offer from Kaiser East Bay!

@Eashley2 I'm not positive, but I believe it won't change until they send you an offer or rejection through the portal.

@MissJenny They said emails about decisions would be sent out the week of 09/09 @gfrivera89 I could see everyone when they were presenting. But I was also using the Microsoft teams app. IDK if we're using the browser version and if it was different. Did everyone get an invite for their training preference? Also, good luck everyone!!

I interviewed with the East Bay hub. They said that they are trying to hire around 150 ppl. They also told us that they would be sending offers by email. They said to look out for an email from NCAL Residency. To check your email regularly and to check junk mail too.

@Newbienurse45 In the webinar they said 180-200 being interviewed. They said 150 in your interview? Do you mind if I ask which hub?

PCU 300 and 400 offers already went out. I interviewed with Bass Center and the same thing happened to me. They sent out offers and just never said anything to me. But its okay. Just gotta keep applying

Hey do you mind if I ask how the feedback was at the end. Like was it constructive. And do they say when they would be letting people know about offers.

@ChloeSMU Hey after everyone completed mine references I emailed the recruiter who emailed me back saying that she would let the manager know. That was like the next day. @fenec97 They asked for 5. 3 from Managers or instructors and 2 of your choice. Like a coworker etc. Good Luck everyone! Hope you hear back soon.

Yah my slides have very few words. This whole interview is just so different that I feel confused by it.

Just wondering if people are going to be memorizing their powerpoint presentation or if you are gonna have a script you read. I know with other interviews they don't want you to read any answers but this is soooooo different from other interviews that I'm not really sure how to approach it.

I saw it posted on the jobs board. Whenever they let everyone know that they have been hired for a unit they post the info on the jobs board. I think it's a way to put it in the system. I saw it there a week ago. I think it's gone now. I only saw one posting. Like now they have 3 positions for PCU 400. I was checking it a lot to see if the unit I interviewed for would pop up. @Future PICU nurse Hey! Congratulations!! If you don't mind answering, I was wondering when your interview was. I still haven't heard back since my interview for a different unit.

Hey so usually they interview a few ppl. Then they will ask for references from a few of the few that they interview. And then they make decisions from that. I do know of one unit that did do peer interviews as well as the skills survey aka reference check. For the unit I interviewed with they only have 2 spots. I got the reference check but not everyone did. So, it basically means I am still in the running. And I'm sure it means the same for you. Good luck!

Yah my friends KP status said "talent acquisition interview scheduled" and then they did the snapshot and then they got the rejection email. Also, I'm really sorry I know its a bummer.

Yah. It is a bummer because they are my friends. They did fill out career snapshots. Hopefully they can get through next time. The struggle is so real. And no problem. I feel like having more info helps ease the anxiety. So, I'm glad it helped!!

I haven't heard back about an interview but I know they started sending out rejections yesterday. I know a few ppl who received them. So at this point I feel like no news is good news. And if you haven't received a rejection you are probably still in the running to do an interview.

Hey I interviewed with the bass center units (hematology, oncology, BMT) I haven’t heard of anyone getting offers for them. But if someone has please let me know. That would mean they probably just missed me when sending rejections LOL. Also, good luck!! I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you! ?
