ACCEPTANCE
Hi everyone.or I guess now I can say my "fellow peers"! I was just recently accepted into Herzings Practical Nursing program. Originally I was accepted in the BSN program, but if you guys have been following my questions. I was having a hard time getting into nursing school period. Since clinicals are usually done towards the end of your nursing education I went on to ask having a little knowledge about lpn programs and that they usually go right into clinicals. This way I wouldn't be spending money and putting all my time into a degree and not being able to finish. In the end they reviewed my profile. Again I've explained to them that my record is expunged although I do understand I will have to get approval from BON for licensure but I don't think that will be a problem. For everyone makes mistakes and I was a kid and I've learned a lot trust me. But thanks for everyone giving feedback it helped with my anxiety and the questions I had. I start September 5,2018. Wish me luck. If you would like to follow me on this journey my ig:_truboss sc:onmyshit2 and to everyone else who is having my sorta problems good luck and never give up. I've had people tell me to look at other careers paths and that I would never become a nurse. Well I'll be a lpn next year and enroll to lpn to bsn to further my education. NEVER GIVE UP!

Did I educate myself for nothing?
I had my record expunged but nursing schools are telling me I may not be able to finish to due not being clinically placed because of my EXPUNGED record. So your saying you were able to complete nursing school with a battery charge?

Nursing (Expunged Record)
Trying to figure out if I need to find a new career path.but I don't wanna give up my life just started. So I'm 21 years old. Back in my senior year of high school 2014 I caught a Felony H charge.missappropriate use of I.d...I just had the record expunged.it was my only mess up. Since high school I've worked as a cna in nursing homes and hospitals and I've also became a certified dialysis technician..I want to pursue nursing but I'm being told I might get denied clinical placement.how is it I can work in a hospital but can be denied the act of trying to enhance my career and learn as a nurse in a hospital? Can I still become a registered nurse? This is my dream.

Can I be denied clinical pl acement from an EXPUNGED RECORD
so I'm 21 years old.back in my senior year of high school I was hanging with the wrong crowd and caught a charge. Class H felony.i just had it expunged and this was my ONLY FIRST TIME OFFENSE..I'm trying to pursue nursing but I'm having to jump threes few hoops.herzing university of Brookfield is telling me I was accepted but they don't know if I can be clinically placed? Has anyone ever had these issues.i thought after expungement only those with court orders can reveal a sealed case? Will I be able to pursue nursing? Again schools will accept me but they don't kno if I'll be able to finish due to clinicals?
