  1. HHC vs Mount Sinai Hospital (or any private Hospitals)?

    Hi so I'm an operating room nurse with 2yrs of experience. I was blessed to have an oportunity to get an interview at Mt. Sinai Hospital and Bellevue Hospital. My question is which one is better when it comes to benefits (including salary) and also working conditions? Which do you prefer? which one should I pick? My parents keep pushing me to get in a City Hospital for good benefits since they say I can recover with financial matters in the long run. I personaly liked Mt. Sinai for they have 1199 which is a good union as well and good pay rate. Should I transfer to any other private hospital instead? Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance!:)
