He told me that he was going to be calling saying people didn’t get the job after interviews so I’m unsure why they changed their mind?

According to the text he sent a while back, we need to complete the references and then will get an official letter! I added the text below in case someone didn’t receive it. “Hello this is Jabar from Children’s Health. Okay so we don’t sign any kind of contract with Children’s? I guess we are just waiting on the official offer letter which we should get as long as we check off on all those pre screens?

Nope! I think he’s busy trying to get all the background checks complete. I wouldn’t worry about it. I keep hearing that they are SUPER slow!

Email him back to get the background check done and once that is good I believe we will do references later!

For anyone that got a job, do we send the background check form back to Jabar right away?

So after you interviewed you were supposed to go back down to the recruiter and fill out a form telling them your top based on who you interviewed with! I think if you only interview with one then obviously that’s your top choice!

Sooo I ended up putting CV ICU as #1 and they put me on their top hire list so I was automatically hired for that job. He mentioned that Plano ED put me as an alternate so I imagine they have a list that you can move up on. So they just order their top applicants and the recruiter goes off of that.

I got a call around 8:30. He should be calling all day today and I think tomo he will call you if you didn’t get the job.
