  1. My name is Lisa.. im a fairly new rn.. about a yr n half or so.. and im looking for another nurse to "sponsor " me.. similar to AA where they call their sponsor with any issues/ideas/ or to use as a sounding board. I feel as new nurses we should all have a sponsor or mentor outside of our jobs to offer guidance and unbias advice etc. Id love for someone with a good amt of experience under their belt as well as relating personally ( i have 2 kids , bit of a complicated life) can communicate by email or even instagram ( i dont have fb).. and has the time to help out a fellow nurse. I appreciate it. L
  2. I am looking for advice from all nurses in the OR/ pacu/ ambulatory etc. just wondering how you got your start ? Did you have time as a nurse under your belt before you got into the OR? Whats the best and worst part ?
