Classes are going good, thank you! No clinicals aren’t the same day as your classes(unless you choose that). Basically the director of clinical sends a mass email to the students with a virtual signup sheet with a list of available slots and you choose what best suits you. But if you have class on let’s say Monday 5p-8p, you can’t choose a clinical slot that’s 2p-1030p. Now if they have a spot that’s 7a-330p on Monday, you can do that but you just have to make sure you will be in class on time. And clinicals are only one day a week.

No, the LPN - RN program changed to a semester program and there are 4 semesters. So it equals out to 18months excluding the two prerequisite classes. Just to give you an idea of the actual timeframe, I started the actual program in Sept 2021 and I’ll be finished Dec 2022.

I’m not too much help as I am starting my first semester next month(Lpn-RN). The nur 121 course is pretty straightforward. We were only in class one day a week. I chose the morning class so we were there 9a-3p. The SCI course was pretty good as well but its ALOT of course work jammed into the 8 weeks for this one. We were in class once a week 330p-9p. I would say stay on top of your studying for the SCI course. We are changing to the semester program in Sept. Most of the classes meet only once a week so that’s pretty good. I’m just not sure what our clinicals are going to look like. But we do have our orientation coming up so I’m pretty sure they’ll explain it to us then.

I recently applied also but for the LPN-RN program. Can you tell me if the 2 prerequisite courses are on specific days and what time it’s usually held?

No that’s not going to help you with VEEB but it will help you if you decide to continue to getting your RN.

The program is really fast paced but it’s more than doable. You really need to look over and read your notes everyday to be successful in the program. The instructors give you all the tools you need to succeed. YOU just have to give it your all.

I believe it was anywhere between 210-220 and right now there’s about 196. But that really varies bcuz we had ppl not make it past first semester but we also had ppl from the previous year come back for second semester.

As Treats123 has said, the journey is not easy but so far it’s worth it. This year(2018-2019) we had to purchase Kindle tablets from the school that had all of our books on it. Not sure what they will be doing for the 2019-2020 school year yet. But good luck!

Which worksheets are we supposed to complete? Because I've look at all the material available to us and I don't see any worksheets.

The only physical books we will receive are the drug book and a study guide. The rest of the books will be ebooks on the tablet.

Hi. I'm new here but will be starting Veeb in Sept. Can any of the past students tell us what we will be doing at the first orientation? I've tried searching on here but nothing really came up. Also, will we be taught how to take blood and start IVs? TIA.
