I am in the process of looking into various MSN-FNP programs in RI. So far, I like NEIT, however, in reviewing their accreditation status this is what it says: In accordance with the 2019 Reauthorization of the Higher Education Act, New England Institute of Technology hereby discloses only that the curriculum for this program meets the educational requirements for licensure as RNs and APRNs in the State of Rhode Island. The applicable licensing board in Rhode Island may impose additional requirements on candidates prior to granting a license, we encourage you to investigate those requirements. NEIT has not determined whether the curriculum for this program meets the educational requirements for licensure in any other states or territories and we encourage you to investigate the requirements in your state or territory prior to accepting an offer of admission at NEIT. I am a bit hesitant to attend this school now because of possible additional requirements prior to granting licensure.

I'm taking this class right now for summer session 1. I think it's a pretty helpful class, as it goes over everything we will have to know in pharm. I personally like it, anything that helps with nursing school is for me.

I called the administrative assistant to the head of the Nursing program at (401) 825-2162. I asked him when we should have heard back and he said the emails should have been sent out on Friday at 3:40 PM. He then transferred me to admission which they did not want to tell me a yes or no.
