    The answers to these questions can mostly be found in your acceptance packet. Everything is submitted through CastleBranch no later than August 1st. AHA certified BLS (CPR) classes are offered by FSW, which cost $40 and dates are provided in the acceptance packet. These classes can also be located through the AHA website. You can go to an employee health (you don't need to be an employee) at one of the LeeHealth campuses and make an appointment to have your PPD (TB test), vaccinations you don't have, titers to test your blood to see if you've already had some of the vaccinations, and also your physical. I can tell you the direct number for Lee Memorial Hospital's employee health is 239-343-2200.
