  1. I'm in the UK and am thinking of becoming a nurse but hate the sight of blood. I really don't like to see other people in pain. I think I could just about cope with giving injections and cleaning up sick etc but would I ever have to work in A&E or go into theatre when training? Could I choose to work in a hospital instead?
  2. I'm thinking of becoming a nurse but I'm not sure what field I want to go in to yet, I might just start off as a licensed practical nurse. But suctioning patients is one of the things I think I'd have a hard time doing. Do all nurses have to do this as part of their training?
