  1. Hello! i read some forum that although you applied for another state and when you applied to transfer to CA there is still a chance to take up the medsurg and ob and there is no guarantee also that you can transfer. do you need to take english exam first before nclex or you can take nclex without the english exam? thank you
  2. Good Day! I am a RN in the Philippines and graduated at 2010. had 5 years exp and transfered to nz. Currently, i am working here in New Zealand as a NZRN in theatre and got my PR this year but my boyfriend who lived in CA wants me to go there. can anyone help me how to start 1. i checked the cgfns and stated that english exam is not required but when i checked the CA BON they need the toefl. do i need to do it? even i am working here in NZ although i am still using PH passport. 2.SSN. i checked the CA BON and i don't have that but can i use the TIN i used here in NZ? 3. they said that CA is really difficult and advised me to take another state and process the endorsement but there is no gurantee 4. i am a bit confused with the steps as my friend told me that i can process the nclex first before ielts but it stated in the CA BON that toefl is one of the requirements so which should i do first?
