  1. Hi, I've actually considered that before, the problem is my lack of experience. I think I would need more days to work to feel confident. If you don't mind me asking, what type of field do you work as PRN?
  2. Thank you, this was very helpful. I just checked my state BON requirements and its 5 years or more. So I will have to re-register my nursing license and take the nurse refresher course. I found a community college that offers that course, so I'm feeling a lot better now that I have this information.
  3. Hi, I've been a SAHM for 5 years, my work experience includes working as a TCU nurse (10 months) and homecare (1 year). I would love to go back to nursing, but I have two small children and I don't know where to start. I was hoping to work in women's health (postpartum, labor/delivery), but I've noticed a lot of these jobs are mostly nights or full time. I also don't know if my lack of work experience will hinder me in getting the job I want. I feel a bit confused, can anyone help with feedback?
