If I 've understood correctly even with a firm job offer from a company in NV, this is the first time this company is sponsoring, with a current RN license and the visa screen passed, it is not possible to get a visa, any kind of visa?.

hi everybody, I need some help. I passed the CGFNS exam long time ago, in 1990, have a RN lincense in Texas since 1993, but haven´t never worked in US. Now I had and offer to work in Reno NV. Have send all the documents to get a visa screen and seems everything is OK. I´m waiting for and answer from the Nevada board, they have all the papers, fingerprints ,etc. Does anybody know what the company has to do to sponsor me?, is the first time for them. Do I have to go directly to the american Embassy here in Spain. Thanks.
