  1. For the company,in this case is not a hospital is OK. Do you know how much are all the fees?
  2. The offer I have is for working as flight nurse in a EMS system, do you really think i can qualify for and HB1
  3. What I really want is to spend some time in the U.S. two, three or four years. Here in Spain I work for the NHS and I can ask for a leave, so if I came back there will be a job wainting for me. So a temporary visa will be OK
  4. Thanks silverdragon, I've been reading but I think I'm very confused. If I 've understood correctly even with a firm job offer from a company in NV, this is the first time this company is sponsoring, with a current RN license and the visa screen passed, it is not possible to get a visa, any kind of visa?.
  5. hi everybody, I need some help. I passed the CGFNS exam long time ago, in 1990, have a RN lincense in Texas since 1993, but haven´t never worked in US. Now I had and offer to work in Reno NV. Have send all the documents to get a visa screen and seems everything is OK. I´m waiting for and answer from the Nevada board, they have all the papers, fingerprints ,etc. Does anybody know what the company has to do to sponsor me?, is the first time for them. Do I have to go directly to the american Embassy here in Spain. Thanks.
