attendance can and is often mandated by work based EAP. Some groups refuse to sign the verification form. The group that refuses to sign say it as a violation of anonymity. In my opinion first name or initials is not a violation. It seems when the court system mandates attendance participants are a nuisance at the meeting. Are there other valid ways to verify meeting attendance without asking for initials from the chair?
